Reselling Instructions

Go to the ticket search page here
Select a specific event from the dropdown
You will now see the number of available tickets that have been uploaded for resale, for each ticket type
Select the quantity of each ticket type that you would like to request
You will then be requested to fill out your email address
Your details will then be emailed to the owner of the tickets that you have requested and they will contact you
Once a buyer contacts you make sure of the following:
- Tickets must only be sold for the same amount that they were purchased for
- Ticket types cannot be swapped (i.e an adult ticket cannot be changed to a child ticket etc.)
- A child/Under 2 must be accompanied by an Adult
The buyer should send you a screenshot of the ticket once you have transferred them for the ticket

You can only make up to 10 active search requests at any one time
A request is active if the tickets that you have requested are still available to be searched
As soon as a ticket that you have requested is sold or removed then you will be able to request for more tickets
You will receive an email daily summarising your active requests and how many remaining requests you have available

Go to the Upload your tickets page
- Use the 7 digit code for each ticket and the email address used for the order
- Only upload the tickets from your order that you want to resell
Once your ticket is verified please enter your phone number. This will only be used by us to contact you if there are any issues and will not be shared with anyone else.
Once uploaded, your tickets will be available for others to search
Tickets will be made available to potential buyers in a FIFO (first in first out) order
You will receive an email with the contact details of people that have searched for your ticket. Please check your junk folder as the emails may show up there
You can now reach out to the people interested and sell your tickets to anyone that is interested. Please note that:
- Tickets must only be sold for the same amount that they were purchased for
- Ticket types cannot be swapped (i.e an adult ticket cannot be changed to a child ticket etc.)
As you go through the selling process, please change the status of your ticket as highlighted below.

Log in using the 7 digit ticket code and the email address used when you bought the ticket
You can now change the state of the ticket to the following:
- Listed - Ticket is listed and can be searched for. You will receive emails about people that are interested in your ticket
- On Hold - The ticket will no longer be searchable. Set your tickets to this state when you are finalising the sale so that you no longer receive emails of other potential buyers
- Sold - When you have sold the ticket and sent it to the buyer you must mark your ticket as sold and are required to input the email address of the buyer you have sold it to
- Removed - If you no longer wish to resell your ticket you can mark it as removed
