Reselling Fair Use Rules
The ticket holder agrees to not sell the tickets for more than the sale price that they bought the tickets for.

When using our Ticket Resale Board, we collect certain personal data from both ticket holders and potential buyers:
 

• ⁠Ticket Holders: Ticket numbers, email address, phone number.

• Potential Buyers: Email address, number of tickets desired.

This data is used solely for the purpose of facilitating the resale of tickets between individuals.
 

Data Sharing

• Ticket Holders: The email addresses of potential buyers will be shared with you to allow direct contact for the resale transaction.

• Potential Buyers: Your email address will be shared with ticket holders to facilitate direct communication for the purchase of tickets.

 

Data Storage
All personal data provided will be stored securely and will only be accessible to authorized personnel within Sansaar UK. We will not share your personal data with any third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
 

Data Retention
Personal data collected through the Ticket Resale Board will be retained for as long as necessary to facilitate the resale transaction. Once the transaction is complete or the listing is removed, we will delete the relevant personal data within 90 days.

Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete data.
